The control panel section is accessed via the link "User CP", which is in the top bar, on the left on every page.

Upload the shots into the Photo section. Film users will find them
but by all means post the link back here.
You will end up with an input screen that looks like this. Note the paperclip icon, which is the one referred to in the linked page above.
