I paid my first (and likely only) visit to Classic Cameras yesterday. Says it all really!

As stated Jacobs could well be a good bet. Also try R G Lewis in Southampton Row - not too far away - they certainly have Leica lenses etc. and may have the lens but I can't recall offhand.
