It's a Panasonic accessory. The D-Lux 4 is the Leica version of the Lumix LX3. If you go to Panasonic's website, you can see the lens accessories. DMC-LX3 | PRODUCTS | LUMIX | Digital Camera | Panasonic

Someone in another thread in this forum maintains that Leica apparently opted out of offering the lens adapters because of what they felt was degradation of image quality. So although they would presumably fit the DL4 body, you may want to exercise caution and/or read up a bit on people's results/experience with the adapters.
