Victor et al,

this is coming along fine. Lots of work at the moment, as I gather confirmations, image id's, and releases. I am also waiting for the changes to be complete.

I believe that each of us will order the book directly from Blurb. I am still working out how to put number on the page and how long the appendix will be. Cost will be about US$44 (paper) to $57 (hardcover) range. We have approx. 150 pages of pix (both sides) and some text.

Feel free to go to the blurb.com site and see what involved. Shipping for 1 hardcover book is around US$10 to US destinations; about $20 to Italy, for example.
