When it's glued, you're in big trouble. Lens and adapter can ofcourse be separated, but not without damage. In any case, bring it to a professional repairer. A professional reparer may have suitable instruments for the job.
Maybe it's better to leave it as it is and use it only as a M-mount lens. A collapsible lens is not as solidly constructed as a rigid.
