I desaturated and brightened the moon a bit using PS

I also thought about blurring this a bit, but did not as I was working with your web reduced image ...I think a bit of a blur might help as well, but this (and all such tweaks) is best done with the original file
this is a fine cityscape as it stands, but the moon in the original detracts, IMHO
