Although a trifle more pricey - Central Wings flies from LGW and are currently quoting £100 return inc taxes. Reasonable out time @ 1020, although the return flight leaves KRK @ 0815.
BA fly direct from LGW @ £120 but it's an early (
) start @ 0735 ! Too early for me!
