I use lighter fluid, in France the index of this kind is F.
you can easily dismount an Elmar 3.5. just remove the stoping protuding screw, and next you have to index where is the position of the stop release button when it will release from the flange .
You need after cleaning to lubricate the thread with the right grease.
For the Summaron you will need more instruments than a single appropriate screw driver and the process is too long to explain here, sorry.
