Hi Andreas,

Your current statement under the "Name" field is explicit that this forum will not publish nor divulge the name - so until that statement is changed, communicated and agreed - you should/must not publish the name in the Avatar.

My other suggestion would be for a tick box to allow people the choice - but that was answered above.
