I don't know about recently, but he used Tri-X for many of the older projects. If you've seen any of those prints in the flesh you'll know how impressive they are.
There was an article a couple of years ago in one of the French magazines that detailed the film, developer, and I think paper that he used for the prints. The developer was Calbe from memory, could be wrong there.
