If the Nikon flash has a GNC (guide number control) setting, it should work fine on the D2. Otherwise as Mark indicates, you'll have to use conventional autoflash settings.

Actually, there is no TTL capability on any digital camera. Apparantly, the reflections off of the digital sensor are not accurate for flash as opposed to readings off the film surface using TTL.
