I believe there was a volunteer above who will organize the book
I will be glad to assist as desired.
1. My vote would be to take all pictures submitted.
2. I have also suggested an appendix with photographer and print info.
3. I also agree that Mark Norton's disassembly pictures should be in the book.
I plan to buy multiple copies (unless number 1 above is not approved, and I don't make the cut...)
