"The price of a collectible depends on the mood of the buyer and the seller at a certain moment" - another McKeown's quotation; someway Lapalicien... anyway, I don't think this market is at the point of luridness in which "fake" prices are made public to maintain the market at high levels (it happens elsewhere...) : if someone buys a mint Nocti 1,2 at $11.000... we can say that a mint Nocti 1,2 today has a value in the range of 10K$.
