IF the BOOK PROJECT could someway start, basing the choice on the pics posted here, I think is not necessary that anyone posts 3 pics which make up a "self consistent set" , also for I think that, at last, someone WILL DECIDE which to publish, and that means, for example, NONE of mine ..., TWO of YOURS, ONE of HERS (don't see women till now !).
More important, imho, is that that pics DO FIT in one of the macro-subjects set in which the book content would be divided into: in my first proposal, I trivially suggested the Photo forum's subforums (people, nature...) for the simple reason that it already contains a respectable amount of fine pictures: I thought that the mods or admins have the way to separately extract the bulk of the pics from the portal and use it for a basic selection... problem is to determine which are M8-taken... for many is detailed, but not always... the "selectors" I think anyway would have to contact the selected authors for (I suppose) obtaining a better file for book publishing (I am not an expert, but I think that the limitations of the forum pic-posting maybe are an obstacle for the publishing ina book), and this can solve the "M8 or not" issue.

Of course some variant in subjects and add-on can easily be envisioned ("street" ? "family shot" ? "animals" ? "portraits" separated from "people" ?) I said it : if this project could start, some "authority" has to take charge of it... we are approaching an autumn week-end... rainy for many...time to think of it...
