"Summarit" it was called, but both Laney and Puts (in the lens part of the
Leica Pocket Book, 7th Ed.) screw up in their reference works and also call it a "Summitar", which is a completely different (collapsible) lens with a maximum aperture of f/2. Puts'
Leica Lens Compendium gets it right, finally.
