A little while back, I got a s/h series 63 drop-in UV filter for my Hasselblad wide-angle lenses. These old "C" lenses take filters which drop into a recess in the front of the lens, and are then held in place by a threaded ring which screws into what you would think would be the filter thread. Anyhow, I was surprised to see that my nice new (old) filter was proudly engraved around the rim with the noble script "Leitz Wetzlar". How odd. Did Leica make filters for Hasselblad at one time? Or are there some Leica lenses which use these drop-in filters?
