I think you can only develop in Lightroom then apply the profile in CS, not the apply the profile in Lightroom.

On my computer, Jamie's three profile files are in

Adobe\PhotoshopCS\Presets\CameraRaw

and in

Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color

To find them on CS:

Image....Mode....Assign Profile.......(scroll down till you see the 3 M8 ones)
