Can you post a sample ?

Is there any chance this is a focus and recompose issue ?

A 10 degree swing after focussing will result in the placement of the focal plane 1 inch behind the original focus point at about 4 feet. You lose critical focus and with an f1.4 lens wide open, you don't have much to start with.
